My Story
Hi, I'm Candice Yusim Maskell—Brand Marketing & Communications Advisor, Leadership Strategist, Speaker, and creator of Power Your Pivot™.
For more than 25 years, I've helped brands, founders, executives, and leaders navigate growth, reinvention, and transformational change. My own journey has taken me from MTV, Disney, ABC, E!, Verizon, and Samsung to entrepreneurship, motherhood, and guiding individuals and organizations through some of the most defining transitions of their lives and careers.
I've had the privilege of working alongside world-renowned artists and global brands, including Taylor Swift, Prince, Madonna, Justin Timberlake, Pearl Jam, Fergie, and the Black Eyed Peas. On paper, it looked like I had it all. But then I realized my superpower is building brands, and my passion is building people, now I do both.
Every one of us reaches a moment when the life or career that once fit no longer reflects who we're becoming.
I've lived through those moments myself— career pivots, personal reinvention, unexpected change, profound loss, becoming a mother later in life, entrepreneurship, and the courage it takes to begin again.
